Fortuna Syndication Overview
The following is an overview of what a Fortuna Syndication includes for clients:
ADMINISTRATION
Fortuna Limited will provide a full administration service for your Syndicate. These services will include but may not be limited to the following:
- Acquisition of Bloodstock for the Syndicate.
- Preparation of all documentation including NZTR approved Disclosure Statement and Syndicate Agreement.
- Attending to execution of all documentation.
- Registration of the Syndicate and its Bloodstock ownership with NZTR.
- Arranging insurance coverage for Syndicate Bloodstock.
- Establishment of Syndicate Bank Account.
- Collection of Initial Capital from Syndicate Members.
- Establishment of Automatic Payments from Members for ongoing costs.
- Preparation of Quarterly Statements for Members.
- Provision of fully audited accounts to all Members at the end of Financial Year.
RACING MANAGEMENT
John Galvin, as Principal and Director of Fortuna Ltd will act as Racing Manager for your Syndicate. The Racing Manager’s functions include but are not limited to:
- Selection of Trainer for Syndicate Bloodstock.
- Liaison with Trainer and support staff re the education, preparation and racing programme for the Bloodstock.
- Reporting on a regular and timely basis to Syndicate Members with respect to the Bloodstock’s progress in its training and racing programme.
